My rates are the same as those of a traditional estate agency.
They depend on the sales price of the property and are established on the basis of a degressive percentage : the higher the sales price, the lower the percentage. Rates range as a rule from 4-7%.
All of this will be discussed in detail on signature of the initial research mandate, and a full list of my rates are on display on my premises.

That explains why letting me do your property searching means no extra cost for you.
