Infinid, guaranteed stress-free property searching. |
|
|
|
| |
 |
What are the advantages of dealing through you ? |
| |
I provide a personalised service, a kind of ‘made to measure’ property search.
My experience, my knowledge of the region and of the local economic structure allow me to successfully carry out this mission for you. |
|
| |
How is Infinid different fom a traditional estate agent ? |
| |
A traditional estate agent works to a sales mandate and has a portfolio of properties to sell. When you consult him, he tries to match one of the properties he already has on his books to your requirements.
Infinid does not work to a sales mandate. My objective is to go out and find exactly what you are looking for, not to get your requirements to fit with what is already available. |
|
| |
How do you go about providing client-satisfaction ? |
| |
The research I carry out is highly personalised and requires a great deal of time.
Consequently, I can only take on a maximum of 5 clients at any one time, in order to maintain my very high standard of service.
By adhering to these principles, I search for a client’s property exactly as I would for one of my own.
|
|
| |
That must cost a lot more than a traditional estate agents ? |
| |
Not at all. My rates are the same as a traditional estate agents. |
|
| |
What happens if you come up with a property already for sale in another |
| |
agency ? |
| |
My fees will not be added to those of the agency.
The commission would simply be split two ways: 50% for the agency/50% for Infinid. |
|
| |
If you fail to find a property is there still a fee for work carried out ? |
| |
No. You only pay if I find you a property, and payment is only due on signature of the certified act of sale in the presence of a solicitor.
In certain cases, I may ask for reimbursment of my travel expenses outside the region.
All terms will be clearly established and agreed in advance, on signature of the initial research mandate.
|
|
| |
What happens if I find a property myself ? |
| |
No problem. However, if this happens, I ask you to let me know immediately, so that I can stop searching on your behalf, and take on a commission for someone else.
|
|
| |
How do you go about finding the sort of property I’m looking for? |
| |
It is very important to define exactly what you are looking for, so that I can focus my research in the right direction. That is why I insist on an in-depth exploratory phase : defining your requirements in precise detail is time-saving in the long run.
The next stage involves daily consultation of the small ads on the net. I also contact estate agents, solicitors and private home-owners.
I visit every property likely to be of interest before submitting it to you. |
