Background and team :

infiNID is a private company established by Jocelyne Marrec in 2004, with its company headquarters in Saint Alban Leysse, Savoie, France, at the home of its founder. infiNID’s core business is property finding, a targeted search for a specific property for a specific client. The growth of the business has led to broadening our activity to include the more traditional action of selling in the framework of a sales mandate.Cécile Bégard joined us as a sales adviser in 2010.

Work methods and ethos :

A home is far more than four walls and a roof. It’s often the most important purchase of your lifetime, closely involving your private life. First of all, through membership of the FNAIM *renowned for professionalism and reliability.

Furthermore, through membership of the “Bourse Immobilière 73 Amépi” (73 Amépi Real estate Exchange) an organization currently made up of 24 real estate agencies in the Chambéry/Aix les Bains area. These professionals pool their exclusive sales mandates. The seller thus profits from the clientele of 24 agencies while still dealing with only one contact and without seeing their property devalued by overexposure due to several sales mandates. Buyers no longer need to go round all the agencies to find the house or apartment of their dreams, nevertheless they are ensured of a property which has been viewed and valued by 24 professionals.
